About VAC

To reveal all the advantages of such a concept to the user, we had to refine the way of presenting the information. VAC was a no-brand prior to contacting Interactive Design. It was a local Canadian business with big ambitions. To get users to trust the business, we had to work on its brand, because the brand is about reputation, reliability, and trust. Now VAC is actively growing and will soon reach a leading position in its segment in Canada.

About client

VAC clients are busy people who value their time. Choosing a car is a responsible task, especially if the client is not so car savy. Also, not all clients are experts in choosing the best loan conditions. VAC experts take responsibility at all steps, from your phone to your home. VAC has exclusive agreements with all car dealers in the region and deals only the best vehicles. VAC also collaborates with leading Canadian banks to be able to get the best loan conditions for their clients. All that enables VAC to provide much better conditions for their customers than they could get on their own.

New website is better!

The old version of the website did not stand up to any criticism. It is completely unclear how the client managed to earn anything with it at all. The next obvious thing was to build a completely new website that meets modern business requirements. VAC website doesn't just perform an informative function, but also encourages customers to interact. It is the official representation of the business. VAC competes with the strong, so the users should see the brand quality right from the first pages of the site. At the moment, VAC has the most technologically advanced business website among competitors in Canada.

External pages of the site

The new website communicates with users in a simple and understandable language of numbers. The numbers of sold cars, approved loans, happy customers speak for themselves. All website pages now serve the business purposes.
Website structure and content are SEO optimized. Also, for promotion purposes, we created a blog page that will collect traffic using keywords. We plan to further optimize the site for even more effective organic traffic growth. VAC website is equipped with several built-in services, such as auto-fill for user's address, displaying some pages only for users from particular regions of Canada via GeoIP, Flinks banking information service.

VAC Inventory

The Inventory section demonstrates cars, which is the standard functional part of a car-selling website, with filters and a link share feature. Special features include a unique 360-degree view of the exterior and interior of the car, and the ability to fill out a quiz with the selected car. Inventory is an interactive application within the VAC website. Many businesses would be jealous of this feature, because not even every specialized car selection site offers such functionality. We implemented interactive loading of new car cards during scrolling to improve loading speed. Each card contains several images that change depending on the position of the cursor on the car image. This allows users to view different angles of the car without going to the car page.

Car page

In addition to various images, the car page also contains a 360-degree all-round view, both outside and inside. All the main characteristics are in the car description blocks, plus a loan calculator at the bottom of the page. The user can also select a car and proceed to fill out the quiz.

How quiz works and why it is needed

The quiz helps VAC to get all the necessary data to prepare an offer. Filling out the quiz takes 1 minute, thanks to the auto-complete address service and the integration of the banking widget. Managers process the data and make the most relevant offer at the first contact with the client. VAC's mission is to make customers’ lives easier.

VAC Library

VAC is not just a small website with a certain number of pages. It is a library of components and UI elements available for further expansion of the site if necessary. Our main goal is to make the client's business flexible and fast growing!All the business-related data is sent to the CRM currently used by our client. In the future, most business processes will be automated in an individual VAC CRM, currently under development.

VAC Ecosystem

Our mission is to help VAC become number 1 in the Canadian market. In order to make this ambitious idea happen, it is necessary to make the business efficient and allocate the released resources to the promotion. To do this, we proposed implementing the VAC Ecosystem program. Our goal is to relieve the business of manual work. All routine work that takes valuable managers' time should be automated, so that all employees are focused on client work, and not on processing information. VAC Ecosystem is a tool that enables the business to work as a single mechanism. The client visits the site and fills out the quiz. Then the information goes to CRM. Partner dealers automatically receive information about potential customers. Dealers also populate inventory through a convenient CMS, and this information is automatically displayed in the CRM. Managers and dealers interact within a single intuitive and simple system, no more confusion and time wasted. Website, CMS, and CRM are a single information system, in which the business operates like a Swiss watch.

VAC CRM combines a system for tracking website leads, a system for interaction with dealers, a workspace for managers and administrators, a system for analytics of advertising channels, communication channels with dealers, a system of financial reports, and much more. VAC CRM is integrated with CRM and has all the necessary tools for editing and filling the website, blog, and inventory module.
