Pet Hemp Company has developed a new marketing strategy to improve sales and customer service. Based on the audit results, one of the points of this strategy was to improve the design and UX. Our task was to improve the UX of the entire e-store, update the UI design and create a must-have guide consisting of branding and design system.
Branding
By the start of our cooperation, Pet Hemp Company already had a well-established brand and regular customers. Our task was to collect and organize successful imagery and solutions. We created all the necessary instructions for the business compiled into simple and straight-forward documents. Now the Pet Hemp Company brand has its own set of rules to guarantee brand identity preservation, regardless of the circumstances and contractors.
Design system
UX and UI design improvement is a time-consuming process of research, hypothesis, development, and testing. Each implemented solution serves business purposes. Therefore it must be organized and documented into a design system.

Adaptive version of the website
Most customers use Pet Hemp Store from mobile devices, which is why we developed the adaptive website version using the same business processes that we used for the desktop version development. The work done helped increase the conversion by ~240%.
